The Farm House
From the very first visit to North Farm, we knew this project would be special. An old cow byre since 1851, this now home is full of character and rich in atmosphere. There is something beautifully charming about old buildings like this that allows your imagination to run free, creating stories of a past time and place.
As part of the new kitchen design, homeowner Leon had a keen eye for preserving and repurposing elements of the original space, whilst introducing new design details to elevate the kitchens functionality.
This included the refurbishment of a heirloom cabinetmakers bench into a 3-meter freestanding kitchen island, along with the introduction of wall-hung display cabinets and discreet modern cooking appliances.
We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project and is one that we love going back to visit.
